Requirements

- honest, reliable, flexible and approachable
- ability to work to deadlines
- practice Management: 2 years or experience within a similar role
- due to progression of our current Practice Manager we are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Manager on a full-time or part-time basis
Responsibility
- day to day running of the practice
- manage compliance, policies, procedures, risk assessments and audits to CQC standards
- staff performance management
- HR duties including but not limited to rota's, wages and recruitment
- chair meetings
