  • practice Management: 2 years or experience within a similar role
  • due to progression of our current Practice Manager we are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Manager on a full-time or part-time basis

Responsibility

  • day to day running of the practice
  • manage compliance, policies, procedures, risk assessments and audits to CQC standards
  • staff performance management
  • HR duties including but not limited to rota's, wages and recruitment
  • chair meetings
