  • working alongside UEFA’s commercial partners and their activation agencies to ensure contractual rights are delivered to the highest standards
  • demonstrating tangible return on investment to the partners via research and insights
  • managing the competition-related campaign approval processes for partners across various activations, ranging from onsite activation to the implementation of digital rights
  • preparing and providing input for regular updates to UEFA, to ensure alignment across all key sponsorship topics
  • managing team members with a focus on their professional and personal development

  • establishing key success criteria for each partner and delivering against these by understanding each partners’ businesses and their marketing and sponsorship objectives
  • A background or a broad understanding and knowledge of the sports betting and gambling sectors would be an advantage
