- this individual will work directly with Senior Sales / Relationship Managers on fundraising and relationship management initiatives for the Firm
- supporting ongoing business development and client service efforts
- developing and maintaining knowledge of the Firm’s product offerings, systems and processes to support and service client relationships
- updating pipeline information and managing client / prospect relationship information in the Firm’s CRM
- summarising client and prospect meetings to be documented in the CRM
- participating as a member of dedicated teams serving our EMEA-based clients and prospects
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree required
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales support / inside sales capacity, preferably within a financial services environment
- experience working within a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
- proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- self-managed, high energy and highly driven by relationship management
- strong proactive problem-solving abilities; demonstrated time management and organisation skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong detail orientation and meticulous accuracy
- highly effective in forging working relationships with team members, business counterparts and senior management
