Responsibility
- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and milkshakes
- take customer orders and provide excellent guest service
- operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- prepare food items such as cakes, brownies & scones
- we are based in Farthinghoe, Northamptonshire and are looking for a new team member to join us. If you are looking for a part time role, the hours are 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, please get in touch
- maintain a clean and organized counter area
- upsell additional products and promote specials to customers
- handle cash & card transactions and operate the cash register
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
- strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative kitchen environment
