operations manager
Responsibility
- overall responsibility for our 3PL partner relationships , including taking the lead on tenders, budgeting, compliance and efficiency improvements
- manage and lead the UK and International Supply Chain transport and logistics teams
- manage, report on and review key performance KPIs and SLAs to drive success
- key focus on driving new initiatives and improvements in all areas
- management of reporting and audit compliance processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- work with the Head of Supply Chain to oversee key operational tasks and support with longer term logistics strategy in order to increase supply chain resilience
- take the Supply Chain lead on and champion all sustainability projects, including data collection and reporting requirements for key initiatives such as B-Corp, No Time to Waste and Carbon Trust
