Responsibility
- we specialise in safaris to Kenya and Tanzania
- handling Reservations & booking confirmations to agents and affiliate offices
- co-ordinating and sending information to agents regarding products
- quotations, preparing detailed itineraries and supporting other team members
- preparing and sending Invoices to Agents and support other team members
- checking of Invoices from suppliers
- we are looking for a candidate who has ideally worked selling Africa. However this is not essential on the basis they have some travel industry experience we provide full training to get them up to speed
- working closely as part of a team
