AFIT COMMERCIAL is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • receiving and dealing with incoming calls and emails, taking messages and following through where required
  • ensure that clients are updated with any changes and any remedial work required
  • assist Project Managers with the organisation of labour, materials, and administration for projects
  • data entry for the accounts payable invoices and end of month reconciliation
  • maintain the office process, filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
  • raise invoices/statements and assist with credit control process
  • maintaining historic and current work order history
  • processing timesheets of internal staff for payroll and managing holiday requests

Requirements

  • office Administration: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
