Requirements
- handle your own caseload
- previous case handling RTA/PI experience is a requirement
- in addition, a good running knowledge of the CPR and litigation process is a necessity
- RTA: 2 years
- we are looking for an experienced fee earner/paralegal, preferably someone who has litigation experience. We are looking for someone who can assess the merits of a case and can quickly progress cases to a swift resolution
- the perfect candidate will be provided with an assistant and there is the opportunity for the right candidate to eventually manage the PI team
- the candidate will efficiently handle claims and will manage their own caseload. You will be assessing and resolving liability and forcing settlement in Court

Responsibility
- you will be responsible for making calls, receiving calls and administrative tasks. Guidance and training will be provided. An excellent telephone manner is essential for the candidate
