Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • based in Farnham, you will travel to client sites & return using Company vehicles based upon the operational schedule
  • the normal working hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm with the occasional Saturday. Overtime will be available
  • we will continue to support your ongoing personal development to improve your skills through on-job training, courses and challenges
  • due to the continuing growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit an experienced grounds/landscape maintenance operative to work with our skilled & experience teams with a view of progressing to a Team Lead position
  • you will already be a strong team player but also confident to work alone, with a keen eye for detail and a positive can do attitude to your work
  • you will be managing and running the landscape and grounds maintenance on site from start to finish, carrying out tasks using relevant horticultural machinery as required

Requirements

  • experience in using horticultural machinery
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good practical handyman skills
  • great communication skills
  • PA1 / PA6 Pesticide License
  • clean manual driving license with the ability to drive LCVs
  • good time management skills
  • A positive and ‘can do’ approach
