Responsibility
- over the last 2 years, they’ve more than doubled in headcount to now number over 500 people and are on a hugely exciting journey to revolutionise how they deliver for their clients
- as they move to the next phase of the journey, they need a new programme Manager to drive the project management function
- working closely with senior accounts and sales execs to develop new business opportunities as well as longer-term account road maps
- set direction and determine delivery strategy including resource, financial and commercial
- whilst we're obviously keen to hear from current Programme Managers, Portfolio Managers or Portfolio Leads, this would also make a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking for their first step into Programme Management
- though financial services experience is preferable, we're open to hearing from people who might not have worked specifically within FS but do have a strong track record of delivering software projects in other sectors but interested on a new challenge within FinTech
- operating at strategic, operational and tactical levels as required
- you'll be responsible for a variety of software projects covering systems implementations, new releases, upgrades, migrations as well as security, hosting and cloud activities
