Responsibility
- audit planning, testing, fieldwork and completion for various engagements
- review audit work carried out by junior staff and providing feedback to the team
- developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards
- assisting in the development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and training
Requirements
- be ACA or ACCA qualified
- have at least 3 years experience at a UK accountancy firm
- have experience of leading audits at a small / mid-tier firm
- be able to commute to London 2-3 days per week
