warehouse administrator
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- monitor product quality & promptly report any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and safety standards
- participate in discussion around continuous improvement and ways in which processes can be streamlined, identifying opportunities to optimise the warehouse
- act as the main point of contact between the warehouse and Head Office, addressing inbound stock and order queries
- keep accurate and up-to-date records using the internal CRM and Stock Control System
- report stock and system issues promptly to reduce errors
- manage the day-to-day of the warehouse operatives and ensure they are all utilised as well as possible
- assist with picking and packing duties, aiding warehouse staff in fulfilling customer orders promptly
Requirements
- excellent timekeeping skills to ensure smooth operations and order fulfilment
- enthusiastic and adaptable approach to tasks in a dynamic work setting
- strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with the team in the warehouse and Head Office
- ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve set targets
- some awareness of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment
- warehouse experience: 1 year
