Responsibility

  • handling telephone enquiries, resolving customer queries, and addressing delivery issues promptly
  • processing email and telephone orders, including taking payments electronically
  • proactively assisting the Customer Care manager during quieter periods and supporting with other duties as required
  • collaborating with & supporting the field-based sales team with any customer concerns
  • contacting potential customers who have expressed interest in opening accounts and supporting in their enquiries
  • upselling packages and special offers to provide customers with the best deals

Requirements

  • strong ability to multitask and efficiently prioritise ongoing jobs
  • experience with MS Office
  • call/Contact Centre/Customer facing experience
  • polite, organised, and confident telephone manner
  • demonstrated ability to quickly retain and apply knowledge
  • ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a Customer facing role
  • customer service: 1 year
