Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • become a subject matter expert in Aeris’ platforms, products, and service offerings
  • provide technical sales support of Aeris offerings to global sales teams, prospects, and customers
  • support global sales team all phases of the IoT Connectivity sale from qualification to launch
  • support pre-sales engagements of Aeris IoT customers
  • consult with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities
  • communicate value proposition and demonstrate the Aeris platform and services to customers
  • gather customer requirements and articulate technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • manage customer connectivity trials • Execute customer onboarding and service deployment activities

Requirements

  • expertise in cellular IoT connectivity
  • learn quickly and retain knowledge
  • organizational skills – ability to keep workload organized, prioritized, and current
  • technical leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to solve customer problems in a collaborative manner
  • must be well organized with excellent time management skills
  • experience presenting to customers at all levels
  • the ability to take ownership and operate with deliberate intention
