Responsibility
- this role is based in Maidstone Kent
- this is an office based role but there is the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis, following training
- the role primarily supports SME clients based in London and the South East
- the successful candidate will be dynamic and passionate about providing people focused solutions and pragmatic advice
- you require a strong background in HR & employee relations
- you will have CIPD level 7 or relevant work experience to manage a portfolio of clients receiving outsourced HR support

Requirements
- further education
- level 7 CIPD or equivalent
- level 5 CIPD or equivalent, ideally working towards Level 7 and / or relevant work experience
- be a dedicated contact and provide pragmatic advice to a portfolio of clients
- expert technical HR knowledge essential
- handle HR Helpline queries in all areas of general HR
- in-house and/or outsourced HR experience essential
- review or create Employee contracts and handbooks
