  • organiser - supervise staff & organise breaks according to the business needs
  • cash-Handler - ring up sales, credit cards, deposits, etc
  • keyholder - Opening & Closing procedures
  • clean-Demon - Ensure the very best standards of cleanliness throughout the unit
