Requirements
- proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or adventure tourism industry
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- must be willing to relocate to the South West of England and work from our base in North Devon
- passion for adventure travel and the outdoors
- ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet sales targets and customer needs
- proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Responsibility
- upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to enhance the client's adventure experience
- chasing Leads: Proactively follow up on leads to convert inquiries into bookings
- calling Customers: Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to provide information, answer questions, and close sales
- repeat Bookings: Encourage repeat business by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service
- weekly Sales Reporting: Prepare and present weekly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market presence
- projects: Working on key projects that the business needs at that time
