Responsibility
- update CRM system after every contact with a potential customer be it via telephone, email or letter. Ensure accuracy at all times
- make appointments for External Business Development Managers with prospect customers, ensuring that the appointments are made in conjunction with the sales person’s journey plan or previously planned activity
- monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information

- previous B2B sales experience - Desirable
- experience gained within a similar industry - Desirable
