Requirements

  • must be confident using Microsoft OS/ PC
  • strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Software
  • 1 Year experience in a customer facing service role
  • microsoft MSCA Certification in Windows Desktop technologies
  • aptitude and Willingness to develop knowledge
  • working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
  • an interest / passion for technology and continuous learning
  • basic server administrative tasks, i.e. user creation, password resets
