Requirements

- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Software
- 1 Year experience in a customer facing service role
- microsoft MSCA Certification in Windows Desktop technologies
- aptitude and Willingness to develop knowledge
- working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
- an interest / passion for technology and continuous learning
- basic server administrative tasks, i.e. user creation, password resets
