- deliver engaging product demos of our WMS to prospective clients
- understand client requirements and map them to system features
- collaborate with the sales team to help convert leads into clients
- provide training sessions and onboarding support for new clients post-sale
- prepare demo data, scripts, and configurations before client sessions
- gather client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to the product team
- assist in creating training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- support internal testing and user acceptance testing of new WMS features
