Responsibility

  • to implement infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and improvements though the IT change control procedure
  • to provide third line support to all the AMS Group employees and infrastructure across all company sites
  • manage and maintain the integrity of the infrastructure to maintain the qualified state and comply with current IT policies. e.g., e-mail, internet, computer usage and security
  • regular visits to all company sites to provide proactive support for the infrastructure where necessary and conduct appropriate repairs and upgrades
  • to undertake various technical projects within the Information Systems department to support the information requirements and systems of the business including acquisitions and integrations
