Responsibility
- provide technical direction to support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of live event production services
- apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to our internal partners
- provide management with reports on vendor performance, availability, and risks
- manage technical resources within budget and client support schedule
- communicate and enforce the customer’s standards, creating and defining new standards as technology and scope evolves
- consistently deliver high-quality, high-impact services to clients
- uphold service level agreement standards and track team metrics to support the team’s performance goals
- escalate issues encountered during events in a timely manner to the appropriate service owner for immediate resolution or eventual maintenance
Requirements
- minimum of 4 years of experience working in live events or broadcast environments
- minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a technical environment
- experience working in a start-up environment or tech company
- strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of vendor technicians
- excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team
- strong interest in technology and agility in learning new products and features
- ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work within a team and converse with internal and external speakers at an executive level
