collaborate with the Director, Producer, Sound Designer, and / or client to understand the sound requirements of each production
operating virtual event platforms based on technical ROS requirements
work closely with A2s and/or presenters to properly position and track lav microphones
live video source switching between pre-recorded material and live presenters
prepare, organize, and manage handheld microphones as required
operation of PTZ cameras
follow the run-of-show document to ensure smooth show flow
onboarding and management of remote presenter end-points
Requirements
minimum 5 years experience as an A1, preferably for large or high profile events
experience in live event corporate settings, working with high level talent
strong knowledge and understanding of broadcast and production technology
specific technologies include Yamaha CL Series, SSL Consoles, Midas Consoles, Shure Wireless Workbench, Solid State Logic, and L’Acoustics

perform light colour correction, audio mixing, and assist with the development and or integration of motion graphics
assist and or lead as a post-producer, ensuring deliveries to cross-functional teams, as well as communicating and managing feedback
work with the UK Studio Producer to define project scope, develop creative briefs and deliverables
organise and manage media assets, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices
assist and lead in developing and or updating workflow documentation for UK post-production processes
lead as well as assist in editing a wide range of video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, product explainers, social media ads, and internal communications
use Jira to input post-production project data
act as a story producer ie, developing storyboards, paper edits, ensuring the narrative is cohesive, within brand guidelines and meets the goals of the production
Requirements
proven experience in video editing, either through internships, freelance work, or academic projects
A proven technical background in post-production
A strong portfolio or show reel demonstrating editing skills and creative potential, with an emphasis on short-form, engaging content
post-production experience in tech media, streaming or creative marketing
thorough understanding of motion graphics is a plus
experience with camera equipment
experience with social media platforms and an understanding of short-form content creation
proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Final Cut Pro, and experience with associated proxy workflows
broadcast engineer
Responsibility
provide broadcast support engineering during weekly AM, PM, and weekend shifts
provide proactive strategic support in planning and configuring broadcast systems to align with evolving production requirements and technological advancements
work with multiple engineering teams, IT, and production groups to resolve complex, high-priority technical issues in real-time
exercise independent judgment to troubleshoot and implement immediate solutions during live events
proactively identify potential system issues, develop mitigation strategies
respond to broadcast operations incidents and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
maintain change logs and records of all systems for accountability and future troubleshooting
conduct weekly inspections of control rooms and studios to ensure equipment and systems are functioning optimally
Requirements
bachelors' Degree in Engineering, TV/Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent experience
proficiency in Dante, Ross , intercom systems , PTZ cameras, and camera robotics
experience with Windows Servers, Mac OS, and Yamaha Mixers
strong knowledge of SMPTE television standards and video/audio/lighting technologies in a studio environment
familiarity with Content Management Systems, Broadcast Audio/Video Systems, Control Systems, Video Servers, Storage Area Networks, RF Systems, Editing, and Post-Production Systems
understanding of electronics and IT systems related to broadcast production
strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly under pressure
strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholders
