  • we embrace traditional skills whilst utilising advanced modelling and CNC machines to create tooling, moulds but predominately now machining of composite parts across many industrial sectors including Automotive, Motorsport, Sat Comms, Aerospace etc
  • machining materials from advanced tooling boards, composites and other specialised materials.The ideal candidate will have CAM Programming experience with Autodesk Powermill for 3 and 5 axis machines preferred
  • program our 3 & 5 axis CNC machines from design to completion using Autodesk Powermill, and operating our 5 Axis CNC machine
  • ACE require an Autodesk Powermill CAD/CAM Programmer/operator, ideally with Solidworks 3D CAD modelling experience. Machines : Belotti FLU 2617 5 axis , HAAS TM-3P 3 & 4 axis, HAAS VM-6 3 & 4 axis
