  • prepare and send Quotes in conjunction with the Sales manager
  • conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times etc
  • use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting Obtain and review offers and quotes by
  • subcontractors or vendors
  • build relationships with key vendors
  • maintain & update Price lists & Estimating sheets Carry out and assist with site surveys, where necessary
  • estimating materials / labour costs for jobs using cost sheets and current price lists

Requirements

  • good communication skills
  • good communication and presentational skills
  • ability to produce programme utilising Microsoft Project
  • ability to utilise AutoCAD for simple tasks
  • surveying: 1 year
