Responsibility
- provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, and network connectivity
- install, configure and maintain software applications and hardware components
- manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution
- collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and implement solutions
- maintain documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and follow-up instructions
Requirements
- strong technical knowledge of operating systems, software applications, hardware components, and network connectivity
- experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- knowledge in using CRMs
- proficiency with Google Workspace or Office 365
- proficiency with SQL query is required
- 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk support role
- technical support: 1 year
