Responsibility

  • processing of purchase invoices
  • assisting with the processing of sales invoices
  • bank reconciliations
  • supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis, requesting invoices where required
  • dealing with supplier/invoice queries or internal queries in relation to accounts payable
  • dealing with year-end audit
  • processing Month end close
  • process internal expenses and reconciling expense accounts

Requirements

  • must have Extensive knowledge of Sage 50
  • strong IT skills for communication and documentation
  • highly knowledge on all things VAT
  • background knowledge on payroll/pensions
  • experience of supplier interaction/customer interaction
  • accuracy skills for capturing information
  • previous experience within similar role
  • must hold Drivers License
