- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- taking full control of assigned projects and seeing them through to completion for installation and maintenance of Fall Protection equipment
- ensuring delivery of installations to a high standard and on time
- managing and scheduling site installation teams
- ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained throughout the project
- liaising with client’s on-site team to ensure smooth completion of our works to client’s expectations
- ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations through site-based activities
- supporting development of site installation teams
Requirements
- organised, strong with proven Fall Protection supervisor experience
- proven leadership of a site team
- literate and numerate
- understanding of technical information, drawings and Standards
- excellent communication skills both oral and written to work with people at all levels
- physically fit and confident in working at heights
- construction Site Managers: 1 year
- flexible to meet the demands of the role, regular travel, including some overnight stays, early morning travel and working late on occasion as necessary to ensure project completion
