Responsibility

• submit closure packs within specified timescales ensuring all the required documentation is present and complete
• updating Adroit Utilities performance indicators with the relevant data
• assist the project managers, providing job packs and information to operational site teams adhering to company and client procedures

• track responses to documentation issues and liaise with the supplier/customer
• control document rejection internally and with suppliers
• responding to customer/third party correspondence
• feeds into the Forecast calls and helps with the priority for completions
• telephone communications
• communicate with clients in a professional manner
• new client management
• aid the Design manager
• adhere to company policies and procedures
• other duties as required and reasonable by the management team
