Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our friendly team
- the ideal candidate for this role should have experience in a food service environment, particularly in cooking breakfast foods
- if you are an early bird with a passion for food and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply
- preparing, cooking, and serving breakfast dishes at the required service time and standard
- undertaking washing up and cleaning as required
- providing quick and polite service to customers, ensuring good customer service at all times
- completing any required administration tasks, such as monitoring food temperatures, tracking wastage, and following cleaning schedules
- assisting in effective stock management and portion control
Requirements
- experience in a food service environment
- experience in cooking breakfast foods
- effective communication skills with individuals at all levels
- A passion for food
- the ability to work independently in kitchen settings
- an understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations
- strong attention to cleanliness and organization
