Earnings on positions in ADM FURNITURE
ADM FURNITURE is looking for employees for positions:
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
- provide full administrative and organisational support to the directors and to the business
- provide Purchase Ledger support
- update ADM’s database daily, i.e. PO’s, Goods In, Invoices, Customer PO’s, Job Bags, Delivery Notes
- provide Purchasing function
- administer, maintain and update accurate HR records including employee details, inductions, holidays, absences, pensions, payroll
- administer, maintain and update accurate H&S records including Risk Assessments, COSHH, waste disposal, fire, first- aid, PPE
- maintain adequate workshop and office stocks - check and order stock items monthly
- complete annual Risk Assessments and submit results to Directors
- E - Min 5-yrs experience of administrative role in office environment
- E - Previous experience of office administration processes
- E - Proven right to work in UK
- E - Good attention to detail and accuracy
- D - Previous experience of working in manufacturing environment
- D - Vaccinated against covid
- E - Excellent literary and numeracy skills. Educated to at least GCSE level
- D - Previous experience of HR
