  • you will be joining a team of about 8 dedicated IT professionals, who have the support of over 50 technical engineers

  • managing renewals
  • maintaining a successful relationship with existing customers
  • within this role you will be tasked with dealing with customers requests and renewals over the phone, processing orders & making recommendations to our customer base
  • updating CRM with billing quantities and contact information
