Responsibility
- assist the dental implant team in all aspects of implant dentistry, including surgical procedures, restorative procedures, and maintenance care
- prepare the clinical environment and equipment for dental implant procedures
- help educate patients on implant procedures and post-operative care
- ensure all clinical documentation is accurately completed and maintained
- participate in the provision of sedation and other pain management techniques under the supervision of the dental implant team
- support the dental implant team in the delivery of implant training courses to other healthcare professionals
- participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills in implant dentistry
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
- A willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development
- no prior experience in implant dentistry is required, as in-house training will be provided
- current GDC registration and DBS certificate
- dental Nursing: 1 year
- dental assisting: 1 year
