Responsibility
- adila Satellites Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Service Engineer to join our team
- install, configure, and calibrate TV, AV, IT, and Satellite systems at client locations according to company guidelines and industry standards
- as a Junior Service Engineer you will be trained to service TV, AV, IT, and Satellite Systems
- provide expert technical support to customers by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to the mentioned systems
- perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, adjustments, and software updates, to ensure the continued functionality and longevity of installed systems
- troubleshoot and identify root causes of system malfunctions, utilising diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques
- conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance checks to verify proper system functionality, signal integrity, and adherence to performance specifications
- collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide guidance on equipment usage, best practices, and maintenance procedures
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions
- demonstrated willingness to learn and undergo training
- excellent communication skills
