Responsibility
- adey Steel is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join the team at the leading independent steel fabrication specialist
- key responsibilities
- management and motivation of all team members engaged on your projects
- attend site during key activities such as meetings or installations, potentially during possessions
- maintain high standards of safety and organisation on your projects and maintain good KPI and client feedback ratings
- ensure that work is programmed in detail to mitigate potential risk and manage critical areas whilst providing performance related commercial opportunity
- based at our purpose-built headquarters in Loughborough, the Contract Manager will be responsible for the management and motivation of all team members involved on your infrastructure projects across the energy, highways and rail sectors
- highly self-motivated, you will have an excellent understanding of steelwork fabrication together with a full understanding of managing relationships at all levels of the project delivery process including end clients, main contractors, the design teams and the site teams
