- allocating cash received
Requirements
- call clients listed on your Aged Debt report
- produce letters and emails for clients
- record all conversations/communication on the database
- resolve any queries and escalate problem accounts
- take any required credit card payments
- take incoming calls into the team
- provide information required by the legal team for non payment
- reference CRA/CH
