Responsibility
- direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures
- ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme
- we are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team based on our sites on Anglesey, North Wales. Ideally the successful applicant will have at least 10 years experience in this position
- schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis
- ensure all work is completed to programme
- liaise with Operations Director regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions
- carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company’s Policy
- ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors
