Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • developing, documenting and implementing processes and policies in line with industry best practice
  • ensuring that policies and processes are understood across the organisation through induction, training and general communication
  • liaising with managers, and colleagues, offering support and responding to queries on HR matters
  • working with managers to plan recruitment, placing adverts, coordinating candidates and interviews and induction processes
  • ensuring our new starter onboarding is effective
  • managing our HR databases, ensuring that data is up to date
  • managing the employee relations processes, ensuring compliance to legislative, HR and company standards
  • being an active member of the Leadership Team and actively contribute to the company’s overall strategic plan

Requirements

  • proven HR generalist experience, an understanding of the principles of good HR practice and good knowledge of employment law
  • experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures in line with industry best practices
  • experience of acting as the first point of call for managers and staff, to provide support and advice around HR processes/policies
  • experience in establishing strong working relationships with colleagues
  • A high level of personal integrity, respect and empathy for others and an ability to be consistent, open and honest
  • experience in using HR platforms
