Responsibility
- processing contractor invoices and payments
- handling daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and managing documentation efficiently
- assigning rent payments to specific tenants accounts using Agent OS management software
- regular communication with landlords, tenants, and investors to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly
- setting up of property rent schedules using agent OS management software, registering tenants deposits with the Deposit protection scheme
- managing property applications, conducting background checks, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure a seamless rental process
- arranging property viewings for potential tenants and providing them with accurate information about the properties
- staying up to date with market trends, rental regulations, and changes in the property industry to offer informed advice to clients
Requirements
- previous administrative experience, preferably within the real estate sector, is highly desirable
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate
- computer literate
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- previous experience in a administrative role or similar
- previous experience in letting agency or account administrator role
- attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in maintaining records and managing documentation
