- preparation of year end accounts, tax, PAYE or VAT based work from information supplied by client to the required standards
- identifies points to raise with clients and to raise potential for additional services including added value services and advice
- have a bank of client fees of a minimum of £300K

- preparation of accounts, and corporate and personal tax returns with zero review points
- review of basic share change paperwork and pre-creation of advanced share paperwork completed by admin
- qualified ACCA/MAAT with 3 years + of experience
- complete and distribute Daily Sales reports· Checking on NRA’s and Aged Debtor account .· Posting of invoices/credit notes as received by post and by emails onto Sage and making sure there is no duplication.· Making any urgent payment to the suppliers · Posting of bank into respective properties.· Sending Bank Receipts to General Managers· Assist General Manager’s with ad-hoc queries they may have.Weekly Tasks· Generating aged creditor reports for all three · Contacting suppliers for any missing invoices or omissions of payments made not on their statements.· Getting the payment mandate ready to be approved · Approved payments are than set up on bank.· Posting of payments made in sage and allocation to their specific suppliers.Monthly Tasks· Pay PAYE by 22nd of every month as per the P32 · Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow.· Monthly Salary payment for all of the properties.· Reconciliation of supplier statements· Downloading month-end reports from Rezlynx · Monthly Bank Reconciliation between Bank and Sage· Posting of Petty Cash sent by hotel managers onto sage.· Posting monthly payroll journal.· Submission of meter reads· Posting of month end Rezlynx revenue in to sage.· Posting Credit card Commission including Amex fee for whole month into sage.· Posting Credit Card · Posting stock adjustment to sage.· Preparation of monthly journals such as accruals, prepayments as agreed with the schedule.· Posting Depreciation.· Preparation and distribution of monthly management accounts for all 3 properties.Quarterly Tasks· VAT reconciliation and submission.Yearly Tasks· Yearly budget .· Year-end reconciliation of accounts to prepare Statutory Accounts

- ability to deal with all client queries without assistance from colleagues - other than the Director although this should be minimal
- zero level tolerance for errors in any work sent to clients that you have prepared or reviewed
- 14) Preparation, review and Finalization of Annual Accounts, Corporation Tax & Personal Tax Returns and Submitting the same to Companies House and HMRC within due dates
