provide excellent customer servicing – total customer care
establish and maintain good relationships with key buying personnel through regular contact over the phone and occasionally in person
maximum exploitation of existing customers, particularly key accounts
help to ensure that Adco is totally customer focused
help to develop and maintain Adco’s image in all markets – raise the profile
monthly key account reviews – input knowledge, explanations, suggestions etc
exhibitions, road-shows etc – help to organise, manage and appear on stand if required
internal and external customer presentations, if required
assist in business planning/strategy with the sales office manager if required
customer credit worthiness – credit control input
special projects, as directed by the Sales & Production Office Manager

cover for sales office personnel due to absence through sickness/holidays

this role also includes a high level of multitasking so time management and flexibility is a must
