  • 1. Principal Responsibilities - Assist in all commercial office administration, systems and procedures. Provide commercial office support – all functions
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working team member with office and telephone experience. The role is heavily customer service based so a high level of professionalism, confidence to deal with any situation and attention to detail is key
  • providing order tracking for customers
  • order acknowledgements – email to customers
  • special projects as directed by the Sales & Production Office Manager or Directors
  • complaints handling – being the first port of call for customers and being the link between the customer and operations
