Responsibility
- adaptimmune is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel immunotherapy products for people with cancer
- managing external testing and associated assay transfer and validation
- vector and plasmid QC management including generating specifications and CoAs, change controls, CAPA etc
- additionally, the Team is responsible for ad hoc activities which require a high level of Quality oversight such as comparability studies
- developing departmental processes and SOPs
- supporting set up of Allogeneic product QC processes and facility stand up
- the Company's unique SPEAR T-cell platform enables the engineering of T-cells to target and destroy cancer across multiple solid tumors

Requirements
- degree in biological science
- experience of coordinating the scheduling, execution, and reporting of analytical testing
- experience of managing multifunctional projects
- experience of stability studies
- experience analysing data
- experience writing GxP reports
- knowledge of biostatistics
- experience managing GMP QC activities
