- monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- operator will also be making sure that accurate blowing speed is used to minimize over filling and prevent waste of fibre
- follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- use hand tools to assemble and weld components as needed
- previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
- familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
