Responsibility
to facilitate in-person guest check-ins if required
engaging in Sales & Business development activities via online research, outbound phone calls, local intelligence and relationship development
checking on emergency accommodation guests to ensure house rules are maintained and properties are kept to a high standard
manage and report the proactive and reactive maintenance requirements across the portfolio for timely resolution
manage property access for maintenance and compliance appointments in partnership with the Operations Manager
ensuring properties are guest ready and everything is in working order prior to check-ins. This will include, where needed to top up supplies and drop off welcome packs for tourism guests
keeping detailed records of maintenance work required and completed using our project management app
to assist in conversion of enquiries in partnership with the Operations Manager. To encourage current/previous guests to re-book and identify opportunities for further business from our clients
Requirements
previous experience in hospitality and/or rental property management is helpful but not essential
previous experience in a sales environment would be advantageous
you have gained experience of working in a similar environment, together with knowledge of issues surrounding homelessness would be beneficial
you will demonstrate effective relationship, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
previous experience in the social housing sector would be extremely beneficial
