Responsibility

  • we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Account Manager to join our team
  • build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • be the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support
  • compile and input data into reports
  • manage incoming phone calls and client communications, including on-site and off-site meetings
  • liaise with the digital marketing team to make sure client needs and requirements are met
  • identify and communicate new business opportunities and upsell opportunities to current customers
  • work with the sales team to write proposals and close deals
