Responsibility

  • build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM System
  • monitor prospect engagement with our website, research and plan an approach
  • manage and maintain prospect data, recording accurately and updating when required, and complying with GDPR
  • acuity is focused on making sure colleagues work productively but can make time for social and family
  • develop awareness of products and understand how they can be used by customers to resolve problems
  • we are looking for someone with a winning temperament with bags of enthusiasm, hunger and tenacity to grow a pipeline of potential new business opportunities
  • we’re searching for a new telemarketer to help grow our pipeline and generate sales opportunities – could this be you?
  • ideally, someone with experience of generating sales/appointments – even more suitable for someone who has worked in the software industry – though these are not essential

Requirements

  • strong communication skills both on the phone and via email
  • previous experience within a similar role, such as Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Internal account management, etc
  • listen actively and react to conversations with a focus on building a rapport
  • be enthusiastic and driven to achieve set targets
  • work as part of a wider team, and feedback insight gained from prospect calls and research
  • be motivated and have good organisational skills
