build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM System
monitor prospect engagement with our website, research and plan an approach
manage and maintain prospect data, recording accurately and updating when required, and complying with GDPR
acuity is focused on making sure colleagues work productively but can make time for social and family
develop awareness of products and understand how they can be used by customers to resolve problems
we are looking for someone with a winning temperament with bags of enthusiasm, hunger and tenacity to grow a pipeline of potential new business opportunities
we’re searching for a new telemarketer to help grow our pipeline and generate sales opportunities – could this be you?
ideally, someone with experience of generating sales/appointments – even more suitable for someone who has worked in the software industry – though these are not essential
Requirements
strong communication skills both on the phone and via email
previous experience within a similar role, such as Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Internal account management, etc
listen actively and react to conversations with a focus on building a rapport
be enthusiastic and driven to achieve set targets
work as part of a wider team, and feedback insight gained from prospect calls and research
be motivated and have good organisational skills
