helpdesk administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • to accurately record and manage requests using our IT service helpdesk
  • maintain and update client information
  • answer, assess and distribute incoming phone calls
  • provide concise & accurate information
  • accept deliveries and ensure all items are recorded correctly
  • coordinate technicians including booking site visits & client liaison
  • you will be responsible for logging requests and keeping track of them until completion

Requirements

  • excellent communication & organisational skills
  • good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
  • ability to prioritise workload without supervision
  • previous experience within a customer service role desirable but not essential
