- provide patients with an attentive and personable experience
- assisting the practitioners with ad-hoc tasks and supporting their work
- following up with leads generated from our website
- maintaining the cleanliness of public use areas such as the reception room
- to cover holidays and sick leave for other receptionists, which at times, can be short notice
- basic sales experience, upselling and following up with leads
- to provide key support to the running of the clinic, including but not limited to: diary management, managing customer enquiries, booking new and follow up appointments, taking patient payments and clearly communicating with practitioners
