- REPORTING TO: Director, Leadership Team
- ACCOUNTABLE TO: Director, Leadership Team and the Care Quality Commission
- to attend meetings as requested by the Director, Leadership Team or as otherwise required to fulfil the role
- all Clinical Case Managers, Assistant Case Managers and members of the administration team at Active Case Management Ltd
- develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality assurance and ensure that these are upheld across all our services, reviewing and updating these policies as appropriate
- promptly providing guidance to Clinical Case Managers in response to incident reports, escalating these as appropriate
