- ● Assist with Hardware Support/Repairs, Preparation and Testing
- ● Assist with customer Software Installations and System Commissioning
- ● End User Training remote and onsite
- ● Liaise with Field Engineers and Support them as needed
- ● Provide support to customers – via telephone, email and remote software
- ● Provide Onsite/Offsite Support to clients
- ● Programming and configuration of systems
