- managing Head Contract commercial responsibilities
- sub-contractor procurement and tender analysis
- managing Sub-contracts with the supply chain
- communicating and reporting with the PQS
- regularly prepare liability information for Cost-To-Complete/CVR reports
- review drawing revisions; measure, cost, and present project variations
- assist in the preparation of RFIs, CVIs, and delay notices
- attend site and periodic site progress meetings
Requirements
- you will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
- high-end residential
- you will have Main Contractor experience in the high-end residential sector
- over 5 years surveying
- you will have experience throughout the project life cycle
- minimum, five years’ experience in construction
- you will ideally have experience in high-end refurbishment projects
- proficiency in completing drawings measurement take-off’s with Bluebeam
